Subscription Terms and Conditions: Standard Plan
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") between Brave Digital ("Provider") and the user ("User") govern the use of the white label Software as a Service (SAAS) subscription (“Brave App”) offered by the Provider. By using the SAAS subscription, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Provider shall supply the User with the necessary credentials, network links or connections to allow access to the Services.
SUPPORT
The Provider offers customer support to the User during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEDT). Support is provided via email. All support enquiries are attended to within 1 business day from date of receipt (with the exception of Australian state and national public holidays).
The Provider grants the User access to additional written, audio and video resources to assist with using the Service. The User agrees that such resources are not to be redistributed or repurposed.
Additional support options may be available at an extra cost.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES
The monthly subscription fee for use of the Service is payable in advance. The subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled by the User.
If you register as a User of the Standard Plan you agree to pay all applicable Fees related to your use and access of the Services based on the Standard Plan Tier purchased, as described fully on our subscription page. You understand that all Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable and must be paid without offset or deduction of any kind.
PAYMENT METHOD
By providing a payment method and/or related information (“Payment Method”), you expressly authorise us to charge the applicable monthly subscription Fee using such Payment Method incurred during the Subscription Term.
The User is responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date payment information.
STANDARD PLAN SUBSCRIPTION INCLUSIONS
The Standard Plan includes access to the following integrated suite of tools:
Booking Calendar
Email Campaign Manager
Email CRM Database
Automation Tools
Sales Pipeline
7000 emails monthly (233 emails per day)
Payment Integration Tools
Zoom Integration Facility
Social Media Integrations
USAGE LIMITS
The Standard Plan includes a limit of 7000 emails per month, equivalent to 233 emails per day. Additional usage may incur extra charges.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
The subscription will automatically renew every 30 days for successive subscription terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing hello@wearethebravegroup.com to advise cancellation of the subscription. Cancellations received 7 calendar days prior to the next billing cycle will prevent automatic renewal. Cancellations made after this time will incur the full monthly subscription Fee for the next monthly billing cycle.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not provided for partial or unused months of service. The User is responsible for cancelling the subscription 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
SERVICE & PLAN MODIFICATIONS
The Provider reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features from the Standard Plan. Users will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
DATA SECURITY
The Provider will take reasonable measures to protect the Users data and ensure the security of any integrated tools. However, the User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and sensitive information.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The Provider reserves the right to terminate the User's access to the Service in case of a violation of these terms and conditions or any illegal or inappropriate use of the Service.
By subscribing to the Standard Plan, the User acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms with notice to the User. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
